CITY OF ATLANTIS PUBLIC NOTICE Florida Statute 50.0311 authorizes the use of publicly accessible websites hosted by counties as an alternative means of publishing notices and advertisements otherwise required to be published in newspapers of general circulation. Palm Beach County hosts a Legal Notice section on their website, found at www.pbcfllegalnotices.com. The City of Atlantis is now posting its notices there instead of a newspaper. This applies to ads for second reading of ordinances, BOA and LPA hearings, elections notices, budget hearings, and other legally required public notices. Property owners and residents may receive legally required advertisements and public notices from the City of Atlantis by first-class mail or e-mail by submitting a request to the City Clerk at kpuhalainen@atlantisfl.gov, or calling 561.965.1744 x 0115.
