NOTICE OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING AND GOVERNING BOARD MEETING 17213 BUSH ROAD ASSESSMENT AREA Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control Act (Chapter 2002-358,Law of Florida) that the Governing Board of the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District shallact as the Board of Adjustment at a hearing to be held on the 21st of May, 2026, at 6:55 p.m., at theDistricts Governing Board meeting chambers, Jupiter, Florida. At the hearing, the Board of Adjustmentwill hear objections of all interested persons to the proposed Resolution 2026-05 which is to confirm thePreliminary Assessment Roll adopted by Resolution 2026-04. The Governing Board of the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District shall hold itsmeeting on the 21st of May, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the prior Board of Adjustmentmeeting shall adjourn. At the Governing Board meeting all interested persons may appear and file writtenobjections to the confirmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by Resolution 2026-04 for thesewage collection lines in the 17213 BUSH ROAD Assessment Area. The 17213 BUSH ROAD Assessment Area for sewer service is located within Section 03, Township 41South, Range 42 East, Jupiter, Palm Beach County, Florida and lies within the following generalboundaries: On the North by W Indiantown Rd, On the South by Toney Penna Drive, On the East by Maplewood Drive, and On the West by S Central Boulevard. The plans, specifications, estimates, and tentative apportionment of cost for said improvementsare on file in the office of the District located at 2500 Jupiter Park Drive, Jupiter, Florida 33458 duringregular business hours. ALL OBJECTIONS TO ANY SUCH RESOLUTION ON THE GROUND THAT ITCONTAINS ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE PROPERLY ASSESSED AGAINST PROPERTY, ORTHAT IT IS, FOR ANY DEFAULT OR DEFECT IN THE PASSAGE OR CHARACTER OF THERESOLUTION OR THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OR ESTIMATE, VOID OR VOIDABLE INWHOLE OR IN PART, OR THAT IT EXCEEDS THE POWER OF THE GOVERNING BOARD,SHALL BE MADE IN WRITING, IN PERSON OR BY ATTORNEY, AND FILED WITH THEGOVERNING BOARD AT OR BEFORE THE TIME OR ADJOURNED TIME OF SUCH HEARING. ANY OBJECTIONS AGAINST THE MAKING OF ANY IMPROVEMENT NOT SO MADE SHALLBE CONSIDERED AS WAIVED, AND IF ANY OBJECTION SHALL BE MADE AND OVERRULEDOR SHALL NOT BE SUSTAINED, THE CONFIRMATION OF THE RESOLUTION SHALL BE THEFINAL ADJUDICATION OF THE ISSUES PRESENTED UNLESS PROPER STEPS SHALL BETAKEN IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO SECURE RELIEF.
