The Ancillary administration of the MARY T. HUNKA aka MARY HUNKA, deceased, whose date of death was 8/28/2025; is pending in the Circuit Court for COLLIER County, Florida, Probate Division, Collier County Government Complex , File Number 11-2026-CP-000390-0001-01 ; the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 .
The names and addresses of the Ancillary Personal Representative and the Ancillary Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below.
All Creditors of the Decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against Decedents Estate including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this notice must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM. All other creditors of the Decedent and other persons who have claims or demands against the Decedents Estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
We amend rules 5.240 and 5.241 to require that notices of administration and notices to creditors provide notice that the Personal Representative or Curator has no duty to discover whether the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act applies to the subject property unless a timely written demand is made. (2) The notice must state that the personal representative or curator has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedents death by the decedent or the decedents surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in sections 732.216-732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under section 732.2211, Florida Statutes. The written demand must be filed with the clerk.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENTS DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
