NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Main Courthouse, on the 1st Floor Customer Service Department ? UNIT NO. 3, IN BUILDING 100, OF GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
