NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE NOTICE is hereby given that the Naples City Council will consider enactment of the following Ordinance upon Second Reading at the Regular City Council meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, in the City Council Chamber, 735 Eighth Street South, Naples, Florida: AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADOPTING THE 2025 LEVEL OF SERVICE REPORT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; SEVERABILITY; CORRECTION OF SCRIVENERS ERROR; CONSTRUCTION; PUBLICATION; AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Said proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the office of the City Clerk, Room B, City Hall, 735 Eighth Street South, Naples, Florida. All people are invited to appear and be heard with respect to said proposed ordinance. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at the above hearing will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be heard. Any person with a disability requiring auxiliary aids and services for this meeting may call the City Clerks Office at 213-1015 with requests at least two business days before the meeting date. One or more other elected or appointed officials may be in attendance at this meeting. This meeting will be broadcast in real time on Comcast Channel 98, Century Link Channel 98, Summit Broadband Channel 95 and in real time on the City's Naples-TV website, via live streaming and the Cablecast app. All meetings are recorded and archived.
