ORANGE COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on March 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers, First Floor, County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. You are invited to attend and be heard regarding the followings request by: Applicant: Scott Gentry for Discovery Church Case No.: Board of Zoning Adjustment, Case # SE-25-11-068; December 4, 2025 Consideration: Request for a special exception and variance in the A-1 Zoning District as follows: 1) Special Exception to allow a 45,934 gross sq. ft. religious institution. 2) Variance to allow grass parking in lieu of parking on an improved surface.
