YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by Plaintiffs, Luz Maria Munoz, against you seeking to quiet title to the following property in Putnam County, Florida:
PROPERTY DESCRIBED ON EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO
PARCEL 7, PENNY ACRES RANCHETTES: A parcel of land lying in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 12 South, Range 26 East, described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 14; run thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 25 seconds East, along the North line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 for a distance of 164.983 feet to a point; run thence South 0 degrees 12 minutes 16 seconds West along the East line of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 for a distance of 653.091 feet to the Southeast corner of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; run thence South 26 degrees 42 minutes 12 seconds East, for a distance of 334.964 feet to the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence run North 45 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of 463.164 feet to the Southwest corner of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; run thence North 0 degrees 12 minutes 55.6 seconds East along the West line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 14 for a distance of 653.80 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING to close. SUBJECT TO an Easement for Ingress and Egress over the North 50 feet of the hereinabove described land. TOGETHER WITH an Easement over the land as described in Instrument recorded in Official Records Book 403, Page 923, of the Public Records of Putnam County, Florida. Above described land is SUBJECT TO an Easement granted Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc., across the Northwesterly part of the land herein conveyed, as described in Official Records Book 236, Page 216 of the Public Records of Putnam County, Florida.
