Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12/31/2025, in Case No.: 2025CA000986 of the Circuit Court in and for Seminole County, Florida, wherein LAKE OF THE WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and TRAVIS P. REED, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). Grant Maloy, the Clerk of Court for Seminole County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via virtual sale at 11:00 a.m., online at https://www.seminole.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 4/21/2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 355, LAKE OF THE WOODS TOWNHOUSE "SECTION 8", according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 84, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
