NOTICE OF ACTION - PROPERTY
TO: GABRIEL GAUVRY
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Highlands County, Florida:
The South 1/2 of the West 1/2 of Lot 3, in Block 34, of TOWN OF SEBRING, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Transcript Book 1, Page 6, Public Records of Highlands County, Florida and Plat Book 3, Page 1, Public Records of Desoto County, Florida of which Highlands County was formerly a part, Public Records of Highlands County, Florida. The said South 1/2 of the West 1/2 of Lot 3 being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 3 on Ridgewood Drive and Lime Street; thence in a Northeasterly direction along Ridgewood Drive a distance of 50 feet; thence at right angles in a Southeasterly direction along a line parallel with Lime Street a distance of 150 feet; thence at right angles in a Southwesterly direction along a line parallel with Ridgewood Drive a distance of 50 feet; thence at right angles along Lime Street in a Northwesterly direction a distance of 150 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
