NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 2026-17 Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. Cloud, Florida, at a meeting to be held on March 17, 2026, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1300 9th Street, St. Cloud, Florida at 6:00 p.m., will consider the issue and make a recommendation to the City Council relative to enactment of Ordinance No. 2026-17 entitled: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. Cloud, Florida, at a meeting to be held on April 9, 2026, in their Chamber at City Hall, 1300 9th Street, St. Cloud, Florida at 6:30 p.m., will consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-17 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. CLOUD, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE 4, AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICTS; ARTICLE 5, RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS; AND ARTICLE 14, USE REGULATIONS, SECTION 3.14.30 ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (ADU) OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE. PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, PUBLICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Interested parties may appear at the meeting at which time this ORDINANCE is to be considered and shall be heard with respect to the proposed ORDINANCE at the Public Hearing thereon. This ORDINANCE, in its entirety can be reviewed at the Community Development Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Committee/Board, with respect to any matter considered at such hearing/meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings and that, for this purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, and which record is not provided by the City of St. Cloud.
