NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTION NO. 2026-023R Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. Cloud, Florida, at a meeting to be held on March 17, 2026, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1300 9th Street, St. Cloud, Florida at 6:00 p.m., will consider the issue and make a recommendation to the City Council relative to enactment of Resolution No. 2026-023R entitled: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. Cloud, Florida, at a meeting to be held on April 9, 2026, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1300 9th Street, St. Cloud, Florida at 6:30 p.m., will consider the adoption of Resolution No. 2026-023R entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. CLOUD, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A PRIVATE SCHOOL IN THE SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING R-1B ZONING DISTRICT ON THE +/- 2.45 ACRES OF LAND KNOWN AS GRACEFUL CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, PROJECT #CNU25-00008, LOCATED AT 1215 OLD HICKORY TREE ROAD, AS DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS RESOLUTION.. Interested parties may appear at the meeting at which time this RESOLUTION is to be considered and shall be heard with respect to the proposed RESOLUTION at the Public Hearing thereon. This RESOLUTION, in its entirety, can be reviewed at the Community Development Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
