Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment and Appeals will hold a public hearing, at the time and place noted above, on the following applications:</p>
<p>1. TVA260003 - The Bradford Apartment - A request by the Tallahassee Housing Authority to vary from the standards of Chapter 7, section 7-62(d) of the Tallahassee Land Development Code. If the variance is granted, the applicant will be allowed to increase the number of allowable wall signs from two to four. The applicant will also be allowed to increase the maximum allowable sign area from 32 square feet to 50.5 square feet along the Kissimmee Street frontage and increase the maximum allowable sign area from 32 square feet to 100.10 along the Lake Bradford Road frontage if this variance is granted. The property is located at 2117 Lake Bradford Rd and is zoned CU-45 (Central Urban – 45) and is within the Multi-Modal Transportation District (MMTD).</p>
<p>2. TVA260008 - 5705 Countryside Dr (Piotrowski) Pool Construction - A request by Joseph Piotrowski to vary from Sec 10-411(a)(2), of the Tallahassee Land Development Code to reduce the minimum rear accessory structure setback from 10' to 5'1" for the construction of a swimming pool. The property is located at 5705 Countryside Dr and is zoned RP-1 (Residential Preservation-1).</p>
