Public hearing for Walmart Supercenter Master Sign Plan approval on April 7, 2026.

NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING
The City of Westlake will conduct a Quasi-Judicial hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits. This meeting will be at the Westlake Community Center/City Council Chambers located at The Lodge at Westlake Adventure Park located at 5490 Kingfisher Blvd, Westlake, Florida, 33470. City Council will act upon the following development application(s):
MSP-2025-01: The applicant is requesting approval of a Master Sign Plan for the Retail Sales & Services use known as Walmart Supercenter, located in the southern portion of Pod G. The subject site consists of 24.29 acres and will include a 188,779-square-foot main building and a
1,618-square-foot Convenience Store with 10-pump fueling station. The subject application includes nine (9) waivers.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this is an OPEN MEETING, and the public is encouraged to attend and participate in meeting proceedings.
