PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Winter Park, Florida on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and by the City Commission on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 3:30 p.m., to be held in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, 401 S. Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida to consider the PUBLIC HEARINGS detailed below. Public participation and comment on these matters must be in-person. Further information is available at cityofwinterpark.org/government/board-public-meetings/, including staff reports within 5 days of the meetings. Request of Z Development Services for: Conditional Use approval to construct four one-story buildings totaling 29,760 square feet at 860 West Fairbanks Avenue (former Orlando RV property), including approval for alcohol sales within 300 feet of residential properties, on property with vested Commercial (C-3) zoning, together with a Community Benefit Agreement. Request of the City of Winter Park for: An Ordinance amending Chapter 58, Land Development Code, Article III, Zoning Section 58-79 Public and Quasi-Public (PQP) District, to add a new permitted use for detached single-family dwelling units developed in accordance with the R-1A development standards set forth in Section 58-65(f). All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Additional information is available in the Planning Department so that citizens may acquaint themselves with each issue and receive answers to any questions they may have prior to the meeting. NOTE: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
