In lieu of physically attending in person, members of the public may participate in this meeting by attending virtually by following the instructions located at cityofwinterpark.org/government/board-public-meetings/. You may contact the City Clerks Office at 407-599-3277 for assistance in setting up virtual attendance of the meeting. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE III, OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO SUBSIDIARY BOARDS OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK; AMENDING SECTIONS 2-46 THROUGH 2-2-49 TO REVISE GENERAL PROVISIONS GOVERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT, APPOINTMENT, TERMS, PROCEDURES, AND OPERATIONS OF CITY BOARDS AND AD HOC COMMITTEES; AMENDING SECTIONS 2-62, 2-63, 2-64, 2-65, 2-67, AND 2-74 TO REVISE AND CLARIFY THE COMPOSITION, DUTIES, AND PROCEDURES OF CERTAIN ADVISORY BOARDS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE LEASE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 947, 955, 959 WEST FAIRBANKS AVENUE TO COLLANTES HOLDINGS, LLC FOR USE AS A RESTAURANT, PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
