Benjamin Bolgren, Petitioner, and Mary Oliver and Ruel Nurses, Respondents.
This is a notice of action for Petition for Paternity
TO: Ruel Nurses of address unknown
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Petition for paternity has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Benjamin Bolgren whose address is 655 3rd St Chipley, FL 32428 on or before May 28, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Holmes County Clerk of Court 201 N. Oklahoma Street Bonifay, FL 32425 before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition. This case is to establish paternity of Benjamin Bolgren (Father) of Kameron Oliver (child).
