CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RIVERSIDE PARK ARTIST COTTAGE USE AGREEMENT (RFP 26-03) DUE: 2:00 PM, THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2026 The City of Bonita Springs invites proposals from vendors for the Riverside Park Artist Cottage Use Agreement, RFP 26-03. Before submitting proposals, interested respondents must obtain from the City a document package by registering their firm on the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, under the procurement tab. Please Note: If the document package is not obtained from the City website, proposals will not be accepted. The respondent will be required to enter into an agreement with the City using the City's forms. Respondents must submit Letters of Interest on 8.5" x 11" paper, not to exceed ten (10) pages. Paper should be white so that photographs and text are easily reproducible. The respondent will be required to enter into an agreement with the City using the City's forms. Please submit sealed submissions to the City Clerk, Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135, at or before 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2026. Submissions will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135. Late submissions will not be considered. Any questions related to submission procedures or specifications for intended work must be submitted in writing to procurement@cityofbonitasprings.org no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled submission opening date. Firms and their agents are hereby advised that they are prohibited from contacting members of the City Council, City staff, or the Selection Committee for introductory purposes or any other reason intended to influence the outcome of the selection process, whether they intend to submit, or have already submitted, a proposal or Letter of Interest for this project. The City reserves the right to formally amend or clarify the requirements and qualifications where it deems necessary. Any such addendum/clarification shall be posted to the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, prior to the submission deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to check the website for any addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Letters of Interest, waive defects in the form of any responses received, re-advertise, and select the firm that best meets the requirements of the City.
