CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES FOR BONITA SPRINGS RFP 25-25 DUE: 2:00 PM, TUESDAY, MARCH 3, 2026 The City of Bonita Springs invites sealed proposals from firms to provide Disaster Recovery Services for Bonita Springs, RFP 25-25. Before submitting proposals, interested respondents must obtain a document package from the City (Steps 1 and 2) by registering their firm on the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, under the procurement tab. Please Note: If the document package is not obtained from the City website, the proposal will not be accepted. The selected respondent will be required to enter into an agreement with the City using the City's forms. The respondent shall submit one (1) original, three (3) copies, and one (1) flash drive of their proposal (Steps 1 and 2). Please submit sealed proposals (Steps 1 and 2) to the City Clerk, Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135, on or before 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. Submissions will be publicly opened on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135. All questions relating to bidding procedures or specifications for intended work must be submitted in writing to procurement@cityofbonitasprings.org no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled submission opening date. All firms are hereby placed on notice that neither the City Council, nor any employees of the City of Bonita Springs, nor members of the Selection Committee, wish to be lobbied either individually or collectively about this project. Firms and their agents are hereby placed on notice that they are not to contact members of the City Council or staff for such purposes as holding meetings of introduction, dinners, etc. to influence the outcome of the selection process, if they intend to, or have submitted a proposal or Letter of Interest for this project. The City of Bonita Springs reserves the right to amend or clarify any requirements or qualifications where it deems necessary. Any such amendments or clarifications shall be issued as addenda and posted on the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, prior to the submission deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to monitor the website for any addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive defects in any responses received, re-advertise the solicitation, and select the firm that best meets the requirements of the City.
