City seeks Letters of Interest for Construction Manager at Risk Services for Parks.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES FOR PARKS (CN 26-04)

The City of Bonita Springs invites Letters of Interest and Qualifications Statements from consultants to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for Parks, CN 26-04.
Interested respondents must obtain a document package from the City by registering their firm on the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, under the procurement tab.  Please Note:  If the document package is not obtained from the City website, Letters of Interest will not be accepted. The respondent shall submit one (1) original, three (3) copies, and one (1) flash drive of their qualifications. The respondent will be required to enter into an agreement with the City using the City's forms. 
Sealed submissions will be received by the City Clerk, Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.  Submissions will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
Questions relating to bidding procedures or project specifications must be submitted in writing to procurement@cityofbonitasprings.org no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled submission opening date. Firms and their agents are hereby placed on notice that they are prohibited from contacting members of the City Council, City staff, or the Selection Committee for introductory purposes or any other reason intended to influence the outcome of the selection process, whether they intend to submit, or have already submitted, a proposal or Letter of Interest for this project.
The City of Bonita Springs reserves the right to amend or clarify any requirements or qualifications where it deems necessary. Any such amendments or clarifications will be issued as addenda and posted on the City's official website posted to the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, prior to the submission deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to monitor the website for any addenda. The City of Bonita Springs reserves the right to select more than one consultant to address miscellaneous needs. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Letters of Interest, waive defects in any submitted responses, re-advertise the solicitation, and select the consultant(s) that best meets the needs of the City.
