NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
CFM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the CFM Community Development District (District) willhold a meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the office of Rizzetta& Company, Inc., located at 9530 Marketplace Road, Suite 206, Fort Myers, Florida33912.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting can be obtained from the District Office at 9530Marketplace Road, Suite 206, Fort Myers, Florida 33912 or by phone at (239) 936-0913. Additionally, a copy of the agenda, along with any meeting materials available inan electronic format, may be obtained at www.cfmcdd.org. Items on the agenda mayinclude, but are not limited to, District operations and maintenance activities, financialmatters, capital improvements, and general administration activities.
The workshop and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordancewith the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more BoardSupervisors or staff members will participate by telephone. A speaker telephone will bepresent at the above location so that any Board Supervisor or staff member can attendthe workshop and/or meeting by telephone and be fully informed of the discussions takingplace either in person or by telephone communication. The workshop and/or meetingmay be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location statedon the record.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to anymatter considered at the workshop and/or meeting is advised that the person will need arecord of the proceedings and that, accordingly, the person may need to ensure that averbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence uponwhich the appeal is based.
