AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CITY CODE TO REPEAL AND REPLACE ARTICLE II, AND TO ADOPT A UNIFIED SET OF REGULATIONS FOR GOLF CARTS, MICROMOBILITY DEVICES, ELECTRIC BICYCLES, MOTORIZED SCOOTERS, AND OTHER LOW-SPEED VEHICLES WITHIN THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS, AUTHORIZED AND PROHIBITED LOCATIONS OF OPERATION, HOURS OF OPERATION, AGE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS, EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS, OPERATIONAL RULES, INSURANCE, VOLUNTARY INSPECTION PROGRAM, ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES, SEVERABILITY, REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
