NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE Please be advised that Proposed Ordinance No. 5-26 was presented to the City Council of the City of Pensacola for first reading on Thursday, April 9, 2026, and will be presented for final reading and adoption on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in Council Chambers on the First Floor of City Hall, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida. The title of the proposed ordinance is as follows: P.O. NO. 5-26: AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 4-3-66, CORRUGATED CARDBOARD OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PENSACOLA, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. A copy of proposed ordinances may be inspected by the public by calling the City Clerk's office to request a copy (850) 435-1606, or may be inspected in the City Clerk's office located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida or on-line with the agenda package on the City's website: https://pensacolafl.portal.civicclerk.com/. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances. The meeting may also be viewed live stream at: https://cityofpensacola.com/video.
