IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO. 2025-CA-003223-MF MAX HOME DESIGN LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Plaintiff, vs. LUIZ FABIANO PISSON CELLI, an individual, and UNKNOWN TENANTS OF 1324 Celebration Ave., Kissimmee, Florida 34747, sued as JOHN DOES, Defendants. NOTICE OF ACTION YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for foreclosure has been filed against LUIZ FABIANO PISSON CELLI, an individual, and all UNKNOWN TENANTS OF 1324 Celebration Ave., Kissimmee, Florida 34747, sued as JOHN DOES who may have or claim to have a right, title, or interest in the property herein described by nature of their status as heirs. Accordingly, Plaintiff now seeks to foreclose the equitable lien and proceed against the Property. This action is brought in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida and is styled as Max Home Design LLC v. Luiz Fabiano Pisson Celli, et al.; Case No: 2025-CA-003223-MF.
