 Waiting List Opening
Laurel Court will accept applications for placement on its waiting list for senior housing. The property consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments located in a three-story building with elevator access. Laurel Court is a non-smoking facility.
1. Each household may submit only one application. The head or co-head of household must be 62 years of age or older. All applicants must meet established eligibility requirements.
2. Waiting list applications will be available at:
440 Laurel Ridge Way, DeLand, FL

on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, and
Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 9:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
3. The following documents must be submitted with the application:
 * Valid photo identification (Real ID, driver's license, or passport)
 * Social Security card
 * Birth certificate
 * Proof of income
