AND ALL OTHER PERSONS who claim an interest in the above-captioned property: 
   Grady Judd, as Sheriff of Polk County, Florida (Polk County Sheriffs Office), gives notice of forfeiture proceedings pursuant to Section 932.701-7062, Florida Statutes, in regards to the above-described property (Captioned Property).
 
  1. Captioned Property was seized in or near Davenport, in Polk County, Florida, by the Polk County Sheriffs Office and Captioned Property is presently in the custody of the Polk County Sheriffs Office. 
  2. Any owner, entity, bona fide lien holder, or person in possession of the property at the time of seizure has the right to request an adversarial preliminary hearing from the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court to determine whether probable cause exists to believe that Captioned Property has been or is being used in violation of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act.
  3. A Complaint seeking forfeiture of the Captioned Property was filed in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County.
