CITY OF RIVIERA BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA
The City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter, and from time to time thereafter as necessary, at the Riviera Beach Event Center located at 190 E 13th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, to consider the below Ordinance:
Rezoning Application at 2428 Broadway.
ORDINANCE NO. 4303
An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving a Zoning Amendment from Single Family (RS-8) to Downtown Core (DC), submitted by Busch Canvas & Interiors, Inc., for the purpose of constructing additional parking spaces and expanding operations at 2428 Broadway, in the City of Riviera Beach identify by Property Control Number 56-43-42-28-29-000-0020; providing for an effective date, and for other purposes.
Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance(s).
Background material is available for review in its entirety in the Development Services Department between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED, that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at the meetings, such interested person, at their own expense, will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.015).
