TO DEFENDANT NATHANIEL SMITH, JR., AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 16, 2026, entered in Case No.: 25000744CC of the County Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Bay County, Florida, in which Sentinel Point Townhome Owners Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Nathaniel Smith, Jr., is the Defendant, I, Bill Kinsaul, the Bay County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Lot 8, Sentinel Point, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 77 and 78, of the Public Records of Bay County, Florida.
The sale will be held on March 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at the website of www.bay.realforeclose.com, in accordance with 45.031, Fla. Stat.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
