BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Board of Adjustment of Escambia County, Florida, at a public hearing beginning at 8:30 a.m. February 18, 2026, in the Escambia County Central Office Complex, Room 104, 3363 West Park Place, Pensacola, Florida, to consider the following Conditional Use Cases under the Land Development Code, Code of Ordinances of Escambia County, Florida (Ordinance 96-3 as amended).

CU-2026-04 10040 Pensacola Blvd - Conditional Use request to allow service and repairs of motor vehicles. Property Reference No.: 09-1S-30-1101-000-012 requested by William Dunaway, Agent for M S Prime Transportation, LLC, Owner.

CU-2026-08 13090 Lillian Hwy - Conditional Use request to allow an accessory structure in the front yard of a waterfront property. Property Reference No.: 02-2S-32-1001-011-011 requested by Chris E Johnson and Kelley Z Johnson, Owners.

CU-2026-09 129 Airport Blvd - Conditional Use request to allow automobile sales. Property Reference No.: 35-1S-30-9002-001-008 requested by Meredith Bush, Agent for Ace Unlocks of Pensacola, Inc, Owner.
