BEFORE THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Board of Adjustment of Escambia County, Florida, at a public hearing beginning at 8:30 a.m. April 15, 2026, in the Escambia County Central Office Complex, Room 104, 3363 West Park Place, Pensacola, Florida, to consider the following Conditional Use Cases under the Land Development Code, Code of Ordinances of Escambia County, Florida (Ordinance 96-3 as amended).
CU-2026-13 3084 Gulf Beach Hwy- Conditional Use request to allow a tennis center.
Property Reference No.: 33-2S-31-1000-002-055 requested by Manfred Krause, Owner.
CU-2026-14 10122 Nelle Ave - Conditional Use request to allow a telecommunications tower within 500 feet of a residential use. Property Reference No.: 24-3S-31-1102-020-002 requested by Harris Corry and Peter Corry of MC Pensacola, LLC, and Stephen R. Moorhead and Madison Leonard of Moorhead Law Group, Agents for Caiyun Tian, Owner.
Any person who decided to appeal any decision made by the Board of Adjustment with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
