YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the Punta Gorda Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. and the Punta Gorda City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard to consider the following request:
V-08-2025: A request by Bowman Consulting Group, LTD, Applicant and Agent, authorized by Michelle Miller as Executive Vice President of NNN GP Corp., the Registered General Partner for NNN REIT, LP, Property Owner, for a variance pursuant to Chapter 26, Section 16.10, Punta Gorda Code, from multiple sections of Chapter 26 pertaining to site and building design requirements, to allow the construction of a drive-thru coffee shop on an approximate 0.78-acre parcel located at 1225 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.
