YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the Punta Gorda Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. and the Punta Gorda City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard to consider the following request:
V-09-2025: A request by Lawrence Anthony Hopkins and Chantal Hopkins, Property Owners, for a 20-foot setback variance pursuant to Chapter 26, Section 16.10, Punta Gorda Code, to allow a 5-foot setback from the rear property line instead of the required 20 feet for a proposed in-ground pool, deck, and pool enclosure at 64 Sabal Drive, Punta Gorda, Florida.
