  Commence at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 28 South, Range 24 East, Polk County, Florida, and run S 0001'30" W 870 feet to a concrete monument, thence East 400 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence N 0001'30" E 60 feet to a point, thence East 150 feet to a point, thence S 0001'30" W 60 feet to a point, thence West 150 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
  YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking to quiet title to the above-described real property has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: Savannah Young Cerullo, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 245 South Central Avenue, Post Office Drawer 30, Bartow, Florida 33831, on or before the 9th day of June, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
