TO: THE ESTATE OF SALLIE MAY CONNELLY, the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors of THE ESTATE OF SALLIE MAY CONNELLY, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against THE ESTATE OF SALLIE MAY CONNELLY, and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors, or other parties claiming interest by, through or under those unknown natural persons, and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors, or other parties claiming interests by, through or under those unknown natural persons; and all unknown persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors, or other parties claiming interests by, through or under those unknown natural persons and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact status is unknown, claiming under any of the above names or described defendants or all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the following described real property;
 Lot 16 of SUN AIR NORTH, s shown by map or plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in Plat Book 72 Page 21;
  TOGETHER WITH that portion of the buffer zone contiguous to Lot 16, SUN-AIR NORTH, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 21, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
    YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking to quiet title to the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: Savannah Young Cerullo, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 245 South Central Avenue, Post Office Drawer 30, Bartow, Florida 33831, on or before the 8th day of June, 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
