TOGETHER WITH that portion of the buffer zone contiguous to Lot 16, SUN-AIR NORTH, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 21, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking to quiet title to the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: Savannah Young Cerullo, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 245 South Central Avenue, Post Office Drawer 30, Bartow, Florida 33831, on or before the 8th day of June, 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
