You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary AdministratIon has been entered in the estate of MARY ANGELA RAGO, A/K/A MARY A. RAGO, A/K/A MARY RAGO, deceased, File No: PRC260001241, by the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 201 SE 6 Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301; that the decedent’s date of death was February 4, 2026; that the total value of th estate is $68, 199.65, and that the name and address to whom it has been assigned by such order is: Karen Long, Trustee of the Mary Rago Revocable Living Trust u/t/a July 18, 2003, 4821 NW 103rd Way, Coral Springs, FL 33076.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
ALL CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF THE DECEDENT AND PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF THE DECEDENT OTHER THAN THOSE FOR WHOM PROVISION FOR FULL PAYMENT WAS MADE IN THE OREDER OF SUMMARY ADMINSITRATION MUST FILE THEIR CLAIMS WITH THIS COURT WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
