TO ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS OR HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF WILSON WALKER, OR THOSE WHOSE WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN:
Please take notice that this above-styled action, pending in the Circuit Court of Barbour Court, Alabama, Clayton Division, concerns the sale of certain real property situated in Barbour County, Alabama, formerly owned by the Estate of Wilson Walker. Said property has been sold pursuant to Order and subsequent Confirmation of this Court.
You are hereby notified that the Court intends to conduct a FINAL HEARING for the distribution of the net proceeds from the sale of said property, to be distributed among the heirs in accordance with their respective ownership interests as previously determined by the Court. Said FINAL HEARING is presently scheduled for July 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., before the Circuit Court of Barbour County, Alabama.
You are required to answer or otherwise respond to this Notice and assert any claim or interest you may have in the proceeds of the sale within thirty (30) days from the last publication of this Notice, or thereafter a judgment may be entered distributing said proceeds without further notice to you.
