NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The decedent identified above died on February 18, 2025. This estate is pending under file number PR-C-26-0001102 in the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, located at 201 S.E. 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative’s attorney are set forth below.
Creditors must file claims against the estate with the court during the time periods set forth in § 733.702 Fla. Stat., or be forever barred. Those time periods are explained below.
If you have any claim or demand against the decedent’s estate, even if that claim is unmatured, contingent or unliquidated, and you are required to be served with a copy of a Notice to Creditors, you must file your claim with the Court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF THE DATE THAT IS 3 MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE YOU WERE SERVED WITH A COPY OF THIS NOTICE. All other creditors, who are not required to be served with a copy of a Notice to Creditors, must file their claim or demand against the decedent’s estate, even if that claim is unmatured, contingent or unliquidated,with the Court ON OR BEFORE THE DATE THAT IS 3 MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ANY CLAIM NOT FILED WITHIN THESE PERIODS WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE, ALL CLAIMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN FILED WITH THE COURT WILL BE BARRED 2 YEARS AFTER DECEDENT’S DEATH.
The personal representative or curator has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedent’s death by the decedent or the decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in §§ 732.216-732.228 Fla. Stat. , applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under § 732.2211.
