NOTICE TO CREDITORS is hereby given that a formal administration of an intestate estate of Adam Lee Johnson was commenced on March 27, 2026 and is now pending as case number 26-CP-954 in Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, Lee County, Florida, located at the Lee County Clerk of Court, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901. The nature of this proceeding is a Formal Administration of an Intestate Estate.
All creditors of Decedent, ADAM LEE JOHNSON, and other persons with claims or demands against Decedent's estate, on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served, must file their claims with the Court at the address above WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
