NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROBATE FUNDS DEPOSITED IN COURT REGISTRY Pursuant to 733.816, Fla. Stat., notice is given that unclaimed probate funds remain on deposit in the court registry: Estate of LUCILLE ELAINE HARRIS, Deceased; Case number 01-2018-CP-001071, $1,314.58, HOLLIS JOE HARRIS, as Personal Representative Deposited per REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE GENERAL MAGISTRATE, ORDER TO DEPOSIT FUNDS INTO THE REGISTRY OF THE COURT entered on 3/25/2024, on behalf of JUDY ILEENE TOMPKINS, deceased, for $366.86, KENNETH RAY HARRIS JR for $183.43, MICHAEL WILLIAM HARRIS for $122.29, SARAH RUTH HUNTER for $91.72, JENNY LYNN HARRIS for $91.71, HEATHER HUNTER for $91.71, NICOLE LEA HALL for $183.43, and JACQUELINE CARRIE HARRIS, deceased, $183.42. Six months after the first publication of this notice, the Clerk of Court shall deposit these funds with the State Treasurer after deducting fees and costs of publication. Within 10 years from the date of deposit with the State Treasurer, any person or legal entity entitled to such funds may obtain same by order of court and compliance with other applicable provisions of 733.816, Fla.
