NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROBATE FUNDS DEPOSITED IN COURT REGISTRY Pursuant to 733.816, Fla. Stat., notice is given that unclaimed probate funds remain on deposit in the court registry: Estate of MARK STOLZE, Deceased; Case number 01-2022-CP-1908, $51,706.16; CORA VALERIO, as Personal Representative deposited $25,853.08 per ORDER ON PETITION TO PLACE FUNDS IN COURT REGISTRY entered on 9/22/2023, on behalf of GEORGE STOLZE and deposited $25,853.08 per ORDER ON PETITION TO PLACE FUNDS IN COURT REGISTRY entered on 6/20/2024, on behalf of HEATHER VALERIO. Six months after the first publication of this notice, the Clerk of Court shall deposit these funds with the State Treasurer after deducting fees and costs of publication. Within 10 years from the date of deposit with the State Treasurer, any person or legal entity entitled to such funds may obtain same by order of court and compliance with other applicable provisions of 733.816, Fla.
