has been entered in the Estate of Gladys Marie Lord, deceased,
Case Number 26-CP-165, by the Circuit Court for Santa
Rosa County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which
is 4025 Avalon Blvd.; that the decedent’s date of death was
12/17/2024; that the total value of the estate is $415,000;
