NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing on the zoning map atlas amendment application request as described below will be conducted by the
Levy County Planning Commission on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 5:45 pm
or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard during the course of action. This hearing will be held in the Levy County Government Center Auditorium, 310 School Street, Bronson, Florida.
Quasi-Judicial PETITION NO CZ 26- 01: Laura Jones, agent, on behalf of the property owner, City of Williston, for an Amendment to the Zoning Map Atlas (Rezoning), petitioning the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to amend the zoning map atlas for an approximate 24.53-acre parcel, from Industrial to Public Facilities, according to Levy County Land Development Code.
