NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 201 HOWELL AVENUE BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA 34601 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Brooksville will hold a Public Meeting in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida, on May 13, 2026 at 5:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to hear a request for a Preliminary Subdivision Plat approval for property located on the south side of Southern Hills Plantation Boulevard, approximately 2,250 feet east of the intersection of Broad Street and Southern Hills Boulevard. Copies of the proposed Preliminary Plat may be reviewed at the Community Development Department Office, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
