REQUEST: : A request from James Rizzo and Suzanne Rubinetti, and Michael and Whitney Kirby to amend Ordinance 14-01, as amended by Ordinances 131-02, 1-07, 77-11, and 21-16 that approved a Planned Development Project in the City of Cape Coral, Florida entitled Tarpon Point, amending a provision appearing in Ordinance 14-01 to eliminate a minimum lot width at the building line requirement for Lots 5 and 8 in Village C, the two sites are located at 6025 and 6026 Tarpon Estates Court.

UPCOMING PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that the Cape Coral Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing at 9:00 A.M. on May 19, 2026, on the above mentioned case. The public hearing will be held in the Cape Coral Council Chambers, 1015 Cultural Park Boulevard, Cape Coral, FL.
All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard. All materials presented before the Hearing Examiner will become a permanent part of the record. Copies of the staff report will be available five days prior to the hearing. The file can be reviewed at the Cape Coral Department of Development Services, City Planning Division, 1015 Cultural Park Blvd., Cape Coral, FL.
