RENAISSANCE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REVISED NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of Renaissance Community Development District (District) has scheduled a regular meeting on May 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at the Offices of Cole, Scott & Kissane, 5220 Summerlin Commons Boulevard, Suite 201A, Fort Myers, FL 33907. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. A copy of the agenda may be obtained on the Districts Website 7 days in advance of the meeting at renaissancecdd.org or by telephone or e-mail from the offices of the District Manager, c/o Premier District Management (District Managers Office) during normal business hours: 239-690-7100; mrainwater@cddmanagement.com. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate by remote communications technology. At the meeting location, there may be present communications technology so that any interested person can attend the meeting and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by remote communication technology. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.
