NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Fort Myers Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
 
PUBLIC HEARING (Quasi-Judicial): Consider a variance to reduce the minimum side setbacks for single-family development located at 3006 Dunbar Ave. (Ward 3)
 
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 1:30 pm in Council Chambers at Oscar M. Corbin Jr. City Hall, 2200 Second St., Fort Myers, Florida. 
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Adjustments with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings & that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which includes the testimony & evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
