FEMA LOMR 25-04-6725P Public Notice The City of Freeport's Planning and Zoning Division, hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located to the east of Madison Street, to the west of US Highway 331, andto the north of Florida State Road 20. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of the Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 25-04-6725P for a development to the west of Lafeyette Creek, Lafayette Creek Tributary 1, and Lafayette Creek Tributary 2. Developers are proposing to construct multiple singlefamily homes as part of the development. 1) The SFHA will be established, increase and decrease within Lafayette Creek Tributary 1 and Lafayette Creek Tributary 2)Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will be established, increase, and decrease within Lafayette Creek Tributary 1 and Lafayette Creek Tributary 2. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Freeport's Planning and Zoning Division office located at 16040 US-331 BUS, Freeport, FL 32439. Interested persons may call Ms. Latilda Hughes-Neel, Planning Director at 850-835-2340, ext. 213 for additional information from 8am to 5pm Monday through Thursday, and from 8am to 4pm on Fridays.
