FEMA LOMR 25-04-6725P Public Notice Walton County's Planning and Zoning Division, hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located to the east of Madison Street, to the west of US Highway 331, and to the north of Florida State Road 20. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of the Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 25-04-6725P for a development to the west of Lafeyette Creek, Lafayette Creek Tributary 1, and Lafayette Creek Tributary 2. Developers are proposing to construct multiple singlefamily homes as part of the development. 1) The SFHA will be established, increase and decrease within Lafayette Creek Tributary 1 and Lafayette Creek Tributary 2) Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will be established, increase, and decrease within Lafayette Creek Tributary 1 and Lafayette Creek Tributary 2. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at Walton County's Planning and Development office located at 842 Hwy 20 East, Unit 110, Freeport, FL 32439.
