On May 13, 2026, at 6:00pm or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Grant Valkaria Town Council will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chamber, 1449 Valkaria Road, Grant Valkaria, FL 32950 on the following:


ORDINANCE 2026-01


AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GRANT-VALKARIA, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO LAND DEVELOPMENT; MAKING FINDINGS; AMENDING DIVISION 20-VI-6, SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS, OF ARTICLE VI OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; AMENDING SUBDIVISION 20-VI-6-I; ADDING A NEW SECTION 20-2132 RELATING TO REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS GENERALLY AND REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR CERTIFIED RECOVERY RESIDENCES; PROVIDING FOR A BUSINESS IMPACT ESTIMATE, REPEAL AND CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
