PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Melbourne, Florida will convene at Melbourne City Hall on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in requests by the following applicant: VAR2026-0002 Glenn Adams Bryan Street (Tax Account 3019248) In a R1AA zoning district, the following variance is requested: A variance of 15-foot from the required 25-foot side corner lot set back to allow a house within 10 feet of the Devonshire Drive right-of-way.
