A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter 125, FLORIDA STATUTES, and Section 62-252 of the Brevard County Zoning Regulations as set forth in Chapter 62 of the Brevard County Code, that the Board of Adjustment will consider the following requests on May 20, 2026: DISTRICT 4 (26V00021) Donald and Lisa Jasensky request two variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows; 1.) Section 62- 1338(5)(b) to allow an accessory structure to be located in front of the principal structures front building line; and 2.) Section 62-1403(5)(b) to allow a detached accessory structure forward of the principal structure; 2.) Section 62-2100.5(1)(a) to allow one additional accessory structure over the two allotted; and 4.) (0.50 acres) Located on the west side of Cedar Lake Dr., approximately 852 ft. north of Broadway Blvd. (5932 Cedar Lake Dr, Cocoa) A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at the Brevard County Government Center, Building C, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, FL, on WEDNESDAY, May 20, 2026 , at 1:30 P.M. , or as soon thereafter as possible. All interested parties can be heard at said time and place. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by this Board with respect to any matter considered at this hearing or meeting, such a person will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purposes, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of such hearing or meeting is made, at his own expense, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
